The car pull rod is an important component of the vehicle suspension system. If there is a problem with the pull rod, it will affect the driving safety of the vehicle. The following are the phenomena that can occur when the car pull rod is broken:
1. bumpy road sections, clattering sound: A broken front wheel ball joint can cause clattering sound during bumpy road sections, causing instability, left and right swaying, brake deviation, direction failure, and other phenomena;
2. Excessive clearance of the ball head: If the clearance of the ball head is too large, it is easy to break when subjected to impact load, and it needs to be repaired as soon as possible to avoid danger;
3. The outer and inner ball heads are not connected together: the outer ball head refers to the hand lever ball head, and the inner ball head refers to the steering gear lever ball head. The two work together, but are not connected together. The steering wheel ball head is connected to the sheep horn, and the hand lever ball head is connected to the parallel rod;
4. Loosening the ball joint of the steering tie rod can cause steering deviation, tire damage, and steering wheel shaking. In severe cases, it may cause the ball joint to fall off, causing the wheel to suddenly roll off. It is recommended to replace it in a timely manner to avoid safety hazards.
